1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using My Tiny Wins ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
My Tiny Wins is a daily journaling tool that lets you track small wins, view your progress on a heatmap, and share your daily accomplishments. The Service offers a 7-day free trial, followed by paid subscription plans.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
The Service offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. Subscription fees are billed in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all content you create through the Service (your daily wins and entries). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the Profile page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
